FFXIV is famously kind to returners — free-login campaigns exist for exactly you (the most recent ran May 15 – June 14, 2026). What the campaigns don't do is tell you which of the changes since your patch actually matter for your job and goals.
Free-login windows recur. If you're on the fence, the plan tells you whether to
return now or wait for the next window — resubscribing early isn't always the smart move.
Job reworks land every expansion. Your rotation muscle memory may be 60% intact —
